混凝土本身就是由沙子、水泥、石子進(jìn)行調(diào)制的一種建筑原材料。非常常見，價(jià)格相對(duì)來說比較低廉。混凝土扭王字塊模具有著很好的抗壓性，在灌漿的時(shí)候泥漿會(huì)不斷的給模具施加壓力，如果扭王字塊模具不能承受住這種壓力的話就會(huì)發(fā)生變形的問題，導(dǎo)致扭王字塊模具生產(chǎn)出來的混凝土扭王字塊的尺寸不準(zhǔn)確。扭王字塊模具的體積比一般用來防止海浪的模具體積還要大，僅憑人工是沒有辦法完成生產(chǎn)的。通過機(jī)械和人工的配合可以進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。灌漿完成后工人用鐵棍細(xì)細(xì)的攪拌一下，保證混凝土中沒有特別大的顆粒物，均勻分布在模具的每個(gè)角落中。通過震動(dòng)晾曬就可以脫模了。
